Multiple Accounts cheats
Now it is well known that Spain has multiple accounts, complaints have been made to admin not just from me but other players and these complaints have been ignored. Players have left the game because of this, I only now have some contact with East Libya the rest are gone. Spain continues with his cheating methods and admin continues to ignore it.
He has ruined it for everyone and admin can no longer be trusted to monitor these cheats. You want money thrown at you then bloody well work for it or simply piss off.

Seeking alliance
I've been playing on and off since 2012 and I've never been in a proper, active alliance, so I figure it's time to change that :p
I had a bit of a break from the game for the last year or so, though now I'm looking to get back into it properly, so I'd like to be part of an alliance that is engaged in some organised games with good communication, preferably quite established but not taking the game too seriously.
I'm pretty active when I'm actually playing games, though I'm a bit rusty having had such a long break from playing!

Show morale in the province administration window
This is a feature which is currently implemented in the java version of the game, and I sorely miss it in the HTML.
Especially as your nation grows bigger, it is extremely helpful to see the morale of your provinces there, as it kind of highlights those where you still have to build improvements.
To make it clear what I mean, I added a picture from the Java-Version:

Artillery won't fire at enemy
I'm trying to bombard attacking infantry. It states that it's bombarding the enemy, but I don't see the bombs, and I am not seeing any damage caused by the bombardment.

La Primera Guerra Mundial.
Buenas comunidad, como ustedes saben y si no lo saben, soy líder de la Organización Rolera Hispana (ORH), y como deber de organizar la organización, he decidido poner en funcionamiento el Plan Kolchak, que consiste básicamente en la creación de partidas de rol para evaluar la calidad rolera de cada uno.
Por el momento, he creado una partida de rol que ya posee varios jugadores dentro, y que trata desde 1914 hasta 1945, por el momento la partida de rol consiste en lo siguiente.
1-Creación de alianzas entre países vecinos.
2-Seguir un rol libre pero con raíces verdaderas, es decir por ejemplo Rusia podría aliarse con Alemania en la Primera Guerra Mundial.
3-Habrá que rolear como mínimo 2 veces al día, teniendo el artículo una longitud media y alta.
4- Habrá que seguir las normas del administrador de la partida yo.
Aquellos que deseen más normas que la consideren importante habrán de comunicarse conmigo es decir soy Austria-Hungría os comunicáis conmigo mediante un mensaje por la partida.

History of basically everything - what did you build, buy, attacked, who attacked you
Hello. I am a newcomer (14days playing), I love this game, but sometimes I get lost in my "plans" for building, like if I builded something in X provincies, or if I made that unit or not - using build queue (high command member from jackpot :) ) is making me even more lost in it.
I couldnt find anything like this in suggested features or already ingame. I am sorry if it is in game and I am just blind.
Plan could be a timeline, on hover showing that on 1:30PM Tue a car produced in province X,..
It could be also combined with (planned?) notifications.

Poszukuję sojuszu. Jak najbardziej posiadam mikrofon do komunikacji przez TS/Skype. Mam 20 lat. Rangę posiadam na obecnym etapie Starszy chorąży. Głównie interesują mnie gry sparingowe ewentualnie turniejowe(bez możliwości boostowania za gold marki). Uwielbiam tego typu gry strategiczne i jestem aktywnym graczem(do gry logować mogę się kilkanaście razy w ciągu dnia i nocy). Konto założyłem rok temu miałem lekką przerwę. 1960s Alt History Game.
1960- An Alternate Roleplay
This is a 1960 alt history and game, so no its not a cold war RP… trust me, when you read it you will not think of the cold war when you see this. You will need the Air pack for this !!!!
This is my 1st RP and I have to say, I have worked really hard on it so i hope it works. But I would have never done with if it was not for Turk (Russia) and I would just like to thank you Turk for helping me with the map and what should and shouldn't add.

History
1917 when the communist Revolution started in Moscow and St Petersburg, the Russian royal guard was told this. “Do not let this city fall, fight to the death ! For Mother Russia we hold our ground !!”. But the guards of the Red Square and in St Petersburg did not follow orders since they knew that Russia would under the command of Nicholas II would bring the end of everything great to Russia. So the guards of the city and Square helped the new Russian government. By the end of 1920, the White Russian armies are pushed 100% outside of Europe and by 1923, the Bolshevik army destroyed the last of the last of the anti-Bolshevik army and Old Russian monarchy. Later that same year the Red army had made a government, it would stand for the people's rights. It was the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics or the USSR.
Luck like it Russia. Germany made it out of their many relations with the help of the UK and some French forces. As time went on life was normal all over the world making it almost like a world war never happened, people forgot about it and went on their lives. Until, the New York stock market crashed which changed the world. People lost all of their savings. Some governments almost 100% fallen apart, Germany was in so much debt that money in Germany was worthless, protests all of Germany broke out leaving the country in pieces. No better in the USA. Franklin D. Roosevelt was shot dead in the middle of his 1932 elections, Al Smith which was one of the competitors won the elections by 2%. Turns out that was one of the worst ideas that American people could have made. Al Smith made many reforms that did the other thing that they had hoped for. Seeing that nothing was happening Smith cut military spending by 75% making the US military small and weak.
But as the US seemingly slowly falls apart. The monarchy of Germany had started to pick up power once more. Until sadly, later that year the monarch of Germany had to step down from power as some people would think that the Kaiser would once more end up bring the whole of Europe into another war. Seeing that the Wilhelm family wanted and needed to step out of the stop light, a new leader of families would need to be found to lead Germany. They went out and found a new leader to make the path for Germany. The new leader was a Center-left wing government politic. That leader was Alexander Karl Gustav.
Before becoming the leader of Germany, Karl had to give his word. Once he dies, the Wilhelm’s would once more take the power of Germany.
In 1936, Germany and Italy became allies and called it “Die Allianz der wahren Mächte” (The alliance of true powers). In late September 1938 the German leader Alexander Karl Gustav meet with Avram Alyosha Artyom to make a deal to split Poland in two if ,and when a war would happen with Poland and Germany
By 1939 the German military was stronger than France and the United kingdom put together; and on October 1st, 1939 the German and Russian armed forces had stormed into Poland and later 5 weeks Poland had surrendered to the Russian and German military.
France and the UK had not went to war with Germany until they had started another war with Austria, Denmark, Czechoslovakia, Belgium,and the Netherlands in 1939 December . The UK and France pushed the German forces out of Belgium and the Netherlands but left their southern flank open which made Germany take France and the British forces cut off from Paris. 4 weeks after both France and the UK had went to war France had surrendered and they became Vichy France.
The British Prime Minister asked the US presented to help with the war but due to the US industry being small and unable to even support themselves. It looked like the UK was on its own until they make the US help them.
In 1941 March 10th the German forces in France had aimed north and Operation Sealion had taken place, after months of heavy fighting London had fallen on December 25th, 1941 and by 1942 June 20th the United Kingdom had been kicked out of Africa and Europe.
By June 1943, Norway, Sweden, France, UK, Greece, Turkey, Yugoslavia, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Albania had fallen to both Italian and German powers.... all but 2 major powers were left in the way of Germany and Italy; The USSR and the USA. Later that year Japan with its huge build up of men and planes attacked China and took all of China and had moved down into the left overs of British India, Pakistan, Tibet and Southern Asia.
In 1944 Germany, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Bulgaria and Japan had gone to war with Russia. The battle was hard but in the first 2 weeks most of the Red air force was taken out from both Germany and Italian air power. In just the space of 4 weeks the Russian were pushed just 30 miles outside of Moscow and just 20 miles outside of St. Petersburg. By September, The USSR had no other choice but to give up to German power and they had lost all of their European lands and people. Stalin In 1945 Germany, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Bulgaria and Japan had done the same thing that they had done to Russia but this time they had found out how to make nuclear weapons with the help of Russian, British and their own scientists. The V-2 rockets along with aircraft bombers had dropped on New York city, Boston, Washington D.C, L.A, Houston, Miami and Norfolk. Within 2 months the USA had surrendered and 1 day later the last country at war with Germany, Canada; had surrendered leaving the world to the powers of Axis forces.
Years passed without anything happening until 1952 when the German government made many new countries. Germany, Japan and Italy had released; the USA, UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, the Ottoman Empire, Vichy France, Norway, Brazil, China, India, the Philippines, The Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Mexico, South Africa, Libya, Algeria, Iraq, Russia, Panama, Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Australia, Kingdom of Iceland, Indonesia, Iran, Pakistan, Nigeria, Algeria, Mongolia, Canada and the Middle African Confederation where all free under German, Japanese and Italian ruling.
Later that same year the Italian empire had changed in a major way and became a Republic and called itself the Roman Empire.
In mid 1956 the USSR, UK, and USA had made a plan to bring Germany down, their goal was to free the vassals of Germany. though they didn’t destroy Germany they did take huge parts of its military and industry out, and they also had freed most of the German vassals, all but Canada, the Middle African Confederation and the Kingdom of Iceland. Canada also somehow did get to New york, Boston and D.C before Germany signed the peace treaty and that war had truly hurt the German but it did end in a white peace.
On March 10 1958, the man that had made Germany turn into a superpower, dies to a heart failure. With Wilhelm's leaving, so many years ago; Karl made a promise that when he would die, Wilhelm would give his son's, son the throne. On March 20th, the new leader of The United German States came to power. This started the age of Prince Wilhelm-Karl of Prussia.
Now the year 1960 is here and the leader of the USA is John F. Kennedy the German leader Alexander Karl Gustav and the Russian leader Avram Alyosha Artyom. The world is still under heavy influence by the former Axis powers and there are many Pro-Axis countries, some known and not known.

Infamy
Now if anyone has seen the gaming company called Paradox or has played on of their games. You will most likely know what infamy is and how it works.This also came from a RP “1860s RP” which has ended.For those who don’t know what it does here is what it does.The idea of it makes it harder for one country to take over the world easy. It also makes it that one country can not be an endless state of war.
List of what will give you infamy
Taking lands =
5 infamy if you are a great power, 10 if you are not a great power. *NOTE* this is for one city at a time. Each city will make you get 5/10 infamy. You can not take the capital as your own land.
Retaking lands that was yours at the start of the game -
1 Infamy, it is your lands so you should have the right to take it back after the peace time is over.
Forcing country to become your vassal -
7 infamy, since it is like taking lands and just giving it a new ruler it is worse than taking one piece of land
Annexing countries - 30 infamy.
No matter what country it is, you will get the full 30 infamy since it should never happen to any country no matter how big or small. You can only annex countries that are not a vassal, has less than 3 cities.
CAP FOR INFAMY - 25 infamy.
If you go over that limit then any country can go to war with you. It does not matter how many countries are it, they can not stay in your lands for more than 1 year and they can not annex those lands since it is to weaken your country, no more than that.
Breaking peace treaties
If a peace treaty is broken it will cost a bit of infamy for it since it telling you “Don’t go to war with this person for X amount of time”. If you go to war with a peace treaty then you get 10 infamy and it will add as you take lands. This is mainly to keep a nice peaceful world from blowing up in everyone's face destroying the world.
How much Infamy will you lose as time goes on ?
Since to keep the RP doing for as long as we can all humanly do. And yet still have the odd war.When a country gets infamy they will lose 2.5 every year which is even 12 days.

Seeing that in every RP there is always a time where people are out of oil and no one can help them which leads them to die off. I have made a place where no one can attack.Since in every game everyone wants to be friends or wipe out Arabia. I have made them the a A.I for the whole of the game, so they can always (hopefully) have oil on the market which means
less countries will die to low oil and morale problems.

If for whatever reason, you need to take some amount of time away to do something else, give me a heads up in my PM box or in game messages, don’t just post in DE saying that you will be gone for X amount of time, just send me a message then you or I (who ever posts 1st) can just add it to the end of the post to limit the spam/OOC. But since people in RPs just love to eat up inactives as I have seen I also have put in a rule for it.
You can NOT attack a inactive country if they are gone for X amount of time since it is unfair for the person who had to go by force. You can not also attack any A.Is on the map that does also mean Arabia since they are a A.I in this game.I ask that everyone in this game follow that rule, since A.Is can’t keep themsels safe form humans.

Long ranged weapons and WMDs
As we know, it's the 1960s and some countries do have the power to field WMDs(Weapons of mass destruction).But the only way that it would be possible to do it is via DE and that would just be too much so there will not be any nukes sadly… How ever Rail guns will stand for both the railguns and also long ranged missiles. The countries that can call their Rail Guns long
range missiles is Germany since they are the most up to date of tech.

Ways to start a war.
Military spies -
Since they are trying to destroy your country form the inside out it is a "OK" way to start a war but it should be the last thing on your list to start a war since it is not a good reason to go to war.
Has a part of your former lands -
This can be used to any country but Germany, Ukraine Greece and the UK
Has a plot to go to war with you (must have proof) -
This is a very good reason IF you have the proof, if you do not then you can not go to war with them
Ally calls you into a war -
This is a good reason since your ally is asking you to help them in a war
Has grown to a point they need to be “Cut down to size” -
This reason can only be used if the country has grown to a huge rate. The only countries you can not use it on is Germany
Army went into your lands without giving the rights to do so -
This is a very good reason since they are violating your land/sea/air borders
Build up of armies on your border - T
his reason is not very good so do not use it a lot please
Ways to not start a war
OOC problems - Since it has nothing to do with the game thus it has no point in this game.
Said something in chat about you - Keep anything you have out of this game.
Intel spy found in your lands - Though if you find them everywhere in your country, then it would be "OK" to go to war. A warning is what you would give to the country that is spying on you.
Didn't help you in a war - Just because they didn't help you in a war does not mean you should attack them next.

Limits on United German states
It is easy to say I have made Germany very OP, and that is with a reason. It being, well, everyone pretty much hates them for what they have done in the past.But since it is easy to say they are OP I have gone ahead and limit them for lands etc etc.Germany can only go to war one time in a year and the years they don’t go to war can NOT be rolled over. They also will have a hard time looking for allies unless your country is slowly moving to become friends with the superpower

1917 when the communist Revolution started in Moscow and St Petersburg, the Russian royal guard was told this. “Do not let this city fall, fight to the death ! For Mother Russia we hold our ground !!”. But the guards of the Red Square and in St Petersburg did not follow orders since they knew that Russia would under the command of Nicholas II would bring the end of everything great to Russia. So the guards of the city and Square helped the new Russian government. By the end of 1920, the White Russian armies are pushed 100% outside of Europe and by 1923, the Bolshevik army destroyed the last of the last of the anti-Bolshevik army and Old Russian monarchy. Later that same year the Red army had made a government, it would stand for the people's rights. It was the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics or the USSR.
Luck like it Russia. Germany made it out of their many relations with the help of the UK and some French forces. As time went on life was normal all over the world making it almost like a world war never happened, people forgot about it and went on their lives. Until, the New York stock market crashed which changed the world. People lost all of their savings. Some governments almost 100% fallen apart, Germany was in so much debt that money in Germany was worthless, protests all of Germany broke out leaving the country in pieces. No better in the USA. Franklin D. Roosevelt was shot dead in the middle of his 1932 elections, Al Smith which was one of the competitors won the elections by 2%. Turns out that was one of the worst ideas that American people could have made. Al Smith made many reforms that did the other thing that they had hoped for. Seeing that nothing was happening Smith cut military spending by 75% making the US military small and weak.
But as the US seemingly slowly falls apart. The monarchy of Germany had started to pick up power once more. Until sadly, later that year the monarch of Germany had to step down from power as some people would think that the Kaiser would once more end up bring the whole of Europe into another war. Seeing that the Wilhelm family wanted and needed to step out of the stop light, a new leader of families would need to be found to lead Germany. They went out and found a new leader to make the path for Germany. The new leader was a Center-left wing government politic. That leader was Alexander Karl Gustav.
Before becoming the leader of Germany, Karl had to give his word. Once he dies, the Wilhelm’s would once more take the power of Germany.
In 1936, Germany and Italy became allies and called it “Die Allianz der wahren Mächte” (The alliance of true powers). In late September 1938 the German leader Alexander Karl Gustav meet with Avram Alyosha Artyom to make a deal to split Poland in two if ,and when a war would happen with Poland and Germany
By 1939 the German military was stronger than France and the United kingdom put together; and on October 1st, 1939 the German and Russian armed forces had stormed into Poland and later 5 weeks Poland had surrendered to the Russian and German military.
France and the UK had not went to war with Germany until they had started another war with Austria, Denmark, Czechoslovakia, Belgium,and the Netherlands in 1939 December . The UK and France pushed the German forces out of Belgium and the Netherlands but left their southern flank open which made Germany take France and the British forces cut off from Paris. 4 weeks after both France and the UK had went to war France had surrendered and they became Vichy France.
The British Prime Minister asked the US presented to help with the war but due to the US industry being small and unable to even support themselves. It looked like the UK was on its own until they make the US help them.
In 1941 March 10th the German forces in France had aimed north and Operation Sealion had taken place, after months of heavy fighting London had fallen on December 25th, 1941 and by 1942 June 20th the United Kingdom had been kicked out of Africa and Europe.
By June 1943, Norway, Sweden, France, UK, Greece, Turkey, Yugoslavia, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Albania had fallen to both Italian and German powers.... all but 2 major powers were left in the way of Germany and Italy; The USSR and the USA. Later that year Japan with its huge build up of men and planes attacked China and took all of China and had moved down into the left overs of British India, Pakistan, Tibet and Southern Asia.
In 1944 Germany, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Bulgaria and Japan had gone to war with Russia. The battle was hard but in the first 2 weeks most of the Red air force was taken out from both Germany and Italian air power. In just the space of 4 weeks the Russian were pushed just 30 miles outside of Moscow and just 20 miles outside of St. Petersburg. By September, The USSR had no other choice but to give up to German power and they had lost all of their European lands and people. Stalin In 1945 Germany, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Bulgaria and Japan had done the same thing that they had done to Russia but this time they had found out how to make nuclear weapons with the help of Russian, British and their own scientists. The V-2 rockets along with aircraft bombers had dropped on New York city, Boston, Washington D.C, L.A, Houston, Miami and Norfolk. Within 2 months the USA had surrendered and 1 day later the last country at war with Germany, Canada; had surrendered leaving the world to the powers of Axis forces.
Years passed without anything happening until 1952 when the German government made many new countries. Germany, Japan and Italy had released; the USA, UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, the Ottoman Empire, Vichy France, Norway, Brazil, China, India, the Philippines, The Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Mexico, South Africa, Libya, Algeria, Iraq, Russia, Panama, Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Australia, Kingdom of Iceland, Indonesia, Iran, Pakistan, Nigeria, Algeria, Mongolia, Canada and the Middle African Confederation where all free under German, Japanese and Italian ruling.
Later that same year the Italian empire had changed in a major way and became a Republic and called itself the Roman Empire.
In mid 1956 the USSR, UK, and USA had made a plan to bring Germany down, their goal was to free the vassals of Germany. though they didn’t destroy Germany they did take huge parts of its military and industry out, and they also had freed most of the German vassals, all but Canada, the Middle African Confederation and the Kingdom of Iceland. Canada also somehow did get to New york, Boston and D.C before Germany signed the peace treaty and that war had truly hurt the German but it did end in a white peace.
On March 10 1958, the man that had made Germany turn into a superpower, dies to a heart failure. With Wilhelm's leaving, so many years ago; Karl made a promise that when he would die, Wilhelm would give his son's, son the throne. On March 20th, the new leader of The United German States came to power. This started the age of Prince Wilhelm-Karl of Prussia.
Now the year 1960 is here and the leader of the USA is John F. Kennedy the German leader Alexander Karl Gustav and the Russian leader Avram Alyosha Artyom. The world is still under heavy influence by the former Axis powers and there are many Pro-Axis countries, some known and not known.

Infamy
Now if anyone has seen the gaming company called Paradox or has played on of their games. You will most likely know what infamy is and how it works.This also came from a RP “1860s RP” which has ended.For those who don’t know what it does here is what it does.The idea of it makes it harder for one country to take over the world easy. It also makes it that one country can not be an endless state of war.
List of what will give you infamy
Taking lands =
5 infamy if you are a great power, 10 if you are not a great power. *NOTE* this is for one city at a time. Each city will make you get 5/10 infamy. You can not take the capital as your own land.
Retaking lands that was yours at the start of the game -
1 Infamy, it is your lands so you should have the right to take it back after the peace time is over.
Forcing country to become your vassal -
7 infamy, since it is like taking lands and just giving it a new ruler it is worse than taking one piece of land
Annexing countries - 30 infamy.
No matter what country it is, you will get the full 30 infamy since it should never happen to any country no matter how big or small. You can only annex countries that are not a vassal, has less than 3 cities.
CAP FOR INFAMY - 25 infamy.
If you go over that limit then any country can go to war with you. It does not matter how many countries are it, they can not stay in your lands for more than 1 year and they can not annex those lands since it is to weaken your country, no more than that.
Breaking peace treaties
If a peace treaty is broken it will cost a bit of infamy for it since it telling you “Don’t go to war with this person for X amount of time”. If you go to war with a peace treaty then you get 10 infamy and it will add as you take lands. This is mainly to keep a nice peaceful world from blowing up in everyone's face destroying the world.
How much Infamy will you lose as time goes on ?
Since to keep the RP doing for as long as we can all humanly do. And yet still have the odd war.When a country gets infamy they will lose 2.5 every year which is even 12 days.

Seeing that in every RP there is always a time where people are out of oil and no one can help them which leads them to die off. I have made a place where no one can attack.Since in every game everyone wants to be friends or wipe out Arabia. I have made them the a A.I for the whole of the game, so they can always (hopefully) have oil on the market which means
less countries will die to low oil and morale problems.

If for whatever reason, you need to take some amount of time away to do something else, give me a heads up in my PM box or in game messages, don’t just post in DE saying that you will be gone for X amount of time, just send me a message then you or I (who ever posts 1st) can just add it to the end of the post to limit the spam/OOC. But since people in RPs just love to eat up inactives as I have seen I also have put in a rule for it.
You can NOT attack a inactive country if they are gone for X amount of time since it is unfair for the person who had to go by force. You can not also attack any A.Is on the map that does also mean Arabia since they are a A.I in this game.I ask that everyone in this game follow that rule, since A.Is can’t keep themsels safe form humans.

Long ranged weapons and WMDs
As we know, it's the 1960s and some countries do have the power to field WMDs(Weapons of mass destruction).But the only way that it would be possible to do it is via DE and that would just be too much so there will not be any nukes sadly… How ever Rail guns will stand for both the railguns and also long ranged missiles. The countries that can call their Rail Guns long
range missiles is Germany since they are the most up to date of tech.

Ways to start a war.
Military spies -
Since they are trying to destroy your country form the inside out it is a "OK" way to start a war but it should be the last thing on your list to start a war since it is not a good reason to go to war.
Has a part of your former lands -
This can be used to any country but Germany, Ukraine Greece and the UK
Has a plot to go to war with you (must have proof) -
This is a very good reason IF you have the proof, if you do not then you can not go to war with them
Ally calls you into a war -
This is a good reason since your ally is asking you to help them in a war
Has grown to a point they need to be “Cut down to size” -
This reason can only be used if the country has grown to a huge rate. The only countries you can not use it on is Germany
Army went into your lands without giving the rights to do so -
This is a very good reason since they are violating your land/sea/air borders
Build up of armies on your border - T
his reason is not very good so do not use it a lot please
Ways to not start a war
OOC problems - Since it has nothing to do with the game thus it has no point in this game.
Said something in chat about you - Keep anything you have out of this game.
Intel spy found in your lands - Though if you find them everywhere in your country, then it would be "OK" to go to war. A warning is what you would give to the country that is spying on you.
Didn't help you in a war - Just because they didn't help you in a war does not mean you should attack them next.

Limits on United German states
It is easy to say I have made Germany very OP, and that is with a reason. It being, well, everyone pretty much hates them for what they have done in the past.But since it is easy to say they are OP I have gone ahead and limit them for lands etc etc.Germany can only go to war one time in a year and the years they don’t go to war can NOT be rolled over. They also will have a hard time looking for allies unless your country is slowly moving to become friends with the superpower

gros probléme avec goldmark

je viens pour faire part d'un soucis voila je joue dans une partie mexique vs usa j'avais des soldats dans une de combat en ville j'ai lancer la construction d'un forteresse j'ai accelere la construction de la forteresse 4 elle me sort un message on ne peux pas accelere la construction dans la zone de combat j'ai perdue 3400 goldmark comme ca pour rien

The road East from Scutari won't work
In Game Game ID 1093819 I am playing the Ottomans. The road going East from Scutari seems to be broken; when I tell any unit(s) to travel via that piece of road they immediately reroute to the road in the South.
It's a huge deal because it's the most important piece of road for any troops to travel to or from Turkey. rerouting South costs me many extra hours travel time.

game admin losing, so enters game as new player?
Hi Forum! I'm sorry if I'm asking a Noob Q, but after all, I am a Noob! Here goes:
I'm playing in Game 1080605, and the history as I understand it is that Greece - the game admin - was trounced (beaten down to two remaining provinces) a few days back. Very soon after, some of the inactive players were booted and replaced. Interestingly, the player who came on as Greenland was also a Noob, and in short time Greece had transferred all of her resources to Greenland all for 1 type trading (like all Greece's iron for one grain from Greenland). Is there a way to check and see if the game admin is using a second account to play both countries, and is this allowed in the game rules?
