The stage is set for a conference that may very well change the fates of Europe and Africa alike. A long polished oak table is set before the windows overlooking Vienna. The table is laden with drinks and appetizers. At the table are the delegates of most nations in Europe. At the head is Kaiser Franz Joseph, leader of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The Kaiser speaks:
“Please gentlemen, enjoy yourselves. This conference will begin shortly. However if anyone would like to speak and begin early then please do so, I am open to suggestions as host,”
The Kaiser waits for any responses.
