The Silver Naval Academy is looking for new recruits.
We have three teams; Gold (main team), Silver (second tier), and Bronze (third tier).
We are in need of more substitutes for Gold and Silver Teams. This position may lead to a starter slot.
On the Gold Team one starter is being substituted because he's on work leave, but if anyone else goes on a leave, I'll have to pull someone from another team temporary and get them to fill in.
Silver Team has no substitutes right now.
As much as I'd like to promote from within, we have a few members that only play three games at a time.
Requirements for Gold Team sub:
Lt. or higher in rank. Previous alliance experience is a plus. Must be a team player, we don't want someone who just owns people and says nothing. We want to here everyone's input on Skype.
Must use Skype.
Must meet entrance requirements.
Gold Team sometimes plays two alliance challenges at a time, and one team practice match.
Silver Team sub:
Same as Gold Team sub but with a lower rank requirement. Though the Silver Team only plays one challenge at a time, and a practice match. Sometimes just a challenge or a practice match.
Silver Team will use ether Skype or Chatzy (IRC). The team leader hasn't transitioned from using the forum to something else yet, it's been some time since there last match.
The Gold and Silver Teams will play in the official alliance tournament. If anyone can't show up for that they should give me notice so they can be substituted for someone else.
The Bronze Team has a good amount of players but we could add another. This team is geared towards newer players and doesn't play alliance challenges. If we get enough people Bronze Team may play in the official alliance tournament.
