I was enlisted into Game ID game 394549 which cost 5000 goldmarks and I got caught up in something else and forgot to finish signing up. And I went to sign into it again and it said I had been removed from the game because I did not sign in within the first hour, and I apparently should have got refunded but I didnt, can someone help? I really want to start the game again soon!
