Rally Points

Hi
I couldn't find another thread with this bug on so I created this one. Sorry if I missed one.

Basically, I am not being able to set rally points in one of my games. It was working fine till yesterday but it has just stopped working.

Here I haven't selected the rally point.

In this Image I have clicked on the rally point but nothing is happening. It should have come up with a rally pointer so i could select the place where I want to rally.
